Surgimate Unveils New Online Support Center

NEW YORK, NY – FEBRUARY 15, 2010 – Surgimate, the market leader in surgical management solutions, announces the launch of its new online Support Center.  The Support Center offers new and enhanced capabilities continuing Surgimate’s effort to provide customers with the highest standard of service and responsiveness.


Following the launch in 2009 of Surgimate’s new surgical software system Electronic Surgical Record Management (ESRM), Surgimate’s new and existing clients can benefit from the new online service portal.  The Support Center enables clients to submit and track support requests, communicate with Surgimate experts and access a comprehensive knowledgebase of information about ESRM.

The new online Support Center enables customers to submit a support request with an easy to use electronic ticket.  Clients can track the progress of their requests on the Support Center site with the ticket reference number they receive after submission.  Surgimate’s Support representatives can email clients with follow-up status reports, including when the request has been completed and/or the issue has been fixed.


The Support Center also includes a “Live Support Chat” mechanism that enables clients to communicate in real time with a Surgimate online representative who can provide immediate assistance.


The Support Center boasts an abundant source of helpful information that can assist clients in resolving their issues independently. Clients can also browse through the online Knowledgebase, which includes practical tips for users and support FAQ’s.  The Troubleshooter section helps users identify problems and offers corresponding solutions, while the Download library contains numerous articles and diagrams explaining the functionality of Surgimate.
