The Surgimate Customer Success team is growing, and we are looking for the right person to fill the role of Customer Success Manager!

The Customer Success Team is responsible for building relationships, driving product adoption, and empowering clients to meet their goals. As experts of the Surgimate Practice™ platform, we are able to provide a unique level of insight and inspiration to our customers.



What you'll do:


• Work closely with new clients to present the implementation project plan and gather necessary information.

• Develop the project plan, requirement refinement and change control, configuration, and quality assurance.

• Take part in configuring the product per client’s requirements.

• Work closely with Sales, Development, QA and Customer Success to ensure alignment and high-quality onboarding of the clients.

• Provide regular status updates.

• Provide insight on risk management and facilitate resolutions.

• Coordinate and provide product training to clients’ various stakeholders.

• Regularly communicate with the clients throughout the project to provide status updates, ensure satisfaction and escalate as appropriate.



Key Requirements:


Minimum 3 years of project management experience

• Minimum 1 year implementing SaaS products

• IT or software development background – a must

• Experience working closely with clients.

• Effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to successfully communicate with a variety of levels within an organization

• Experience in Agile methodology - advantage.

• An ability to work independently across multiple projects, and to meet deadlines.

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to demonstrate a high level of organization.

• An ability to rapidly grasp and apply complex business and technical concepts.

• The desire to provide the highest quality service to our clients.

• Mother tongue English – a must

• Ability to work US business hours




Implementation Project Manager

What you'll do:


• Research and actively prospect new potential customers using email, phone (cold calls), and third-party websites.

• Schedule intro calls and demos with prospects.

• Document all communications, notes, and updates in CRM (Salesforce) system.

• Provide sales support for field sales representatives including development & delivery of material.

• Occasional travel to the US.


Your experience and skills::


• Perfect English language skills (written and oral)

• Excellent cold calling and emailing abilities.

• Skilled at finding the right prospects, quickly developing relationships with both inbound and outbound prospects.

• Can handle follow-up communications with multiple prospective customers simultaneously.

• At least 1 year of selling skills.

• Well-organized, diligent and with great attention to detail.

• Demonstrate technical aptitude and ability to acquire industry knowledge.

• Tech savvy and loves new technology.

• Desire to work at a fast-paced start-up-style company.

Sales Development Representative

What you'll do:


• Build strong trusting relationships with our clients to evaluate, analyze and understand their needs and ensure their success and retention with Surgimate

• Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the Surgimate team

• Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap

• Take ownership of new accounts, post implementation, and manage all aspects of their accounts including technical and workflow related solutions

• Meet KPIs related to client outreach as defined by management

• Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product

• Stay in touch with clients to ensure that they're realizing the full potential of the product

• Navigate client organizations to uncover additional product applications & opportunities for partnership

• Have a finger on the pulse of your accounts and recognize both risks and opportunity

• Partner with Sales and Product teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities


Your experience and skills::


• 3-5 years customer success, account management or consulting experience working with accounts of various sizes (at least 1+ year with B2B SaaS company)

• Mother tongue English - Must

• Superb written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on new technologies

• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy

• Ability to take initiative and adapt

• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives

• Experience working with the US Healthcare industry - advantage

• Strong technical capabilities

• Experience with Salesforce - Advantage

Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a talented VP R&D with a strong technology vision. You will join the leadership team and take part in the strategic planning and decision making. You will help make our R&D an industry leading team by pushing service approach, culture, and constant improvement. Join our team and be part of this exciting phase in the company!


Responsibilities:


• Lead the software development and QA engineering teams

• Establish and foster the engineering culture and vision of the company, focus on the quality of code/deliverables

• Responsible for full lifecycle of the product, from planning, to development, to testing and to supporting the product in production

• Forge partnerships, interoperability, innovation, and foster creativity inside and outside the team

• Liaise with technology partners (API vendors) and manage the partnership lifecycle

• Drive usability of the product using adjacent and complementary technologies to compliantly contribute to the company business and revenue

• Identify and plan use of new technologies and innovation to improve bottom line

• Lead the technology and product roadmap as per the company’s business roadmap

• Provide LT with insights and solutions to address emerging industry issues

• Involved in client-facing activities

• Responsible for the company’s data and information security

• Reporting to the CEO



Qualifications:


• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Math from a leading institution. M.Sc. preferred.

• 7+ years’ experience in R&D high-level managerial role.

• Prior experience in working with cloud computing platforms and solutions.

• Technical knowledge and ability to perform hands-on tasks with full-stack development.

• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Windows servers, SQL servers, SQL queries, Linux command-line.

• Prior experience with Front-End platforms (Angular) - an advantage.

• Cross-platform knowledge (web, mobile, back-end).

• Solid experience in development process agile methodologies (SCRUM).

• Experience in building great performing, highly scalable teams.

Vice President R&D

Surgimate is in growth mode! We are looking for a proven marketing expert to creatively and enthusiastically manage all our marketing efforts in alignment with Surgimate’s growth strategy. Join our team and be part of this exciting phase in the company!


What you'll do:


• Advance awareness of product value, competitive and market positioning

• Manage the marketing plan and execute on objectives; set and achieve ambitious goals

• Manage all aspects of the marketing program, including growth strategy, branding, and content (blogs, eBooks, case studies & customer testimonials)

• Manage and roll out Surgimate’s digital channels, including company website, Google PPC, LinkedIn PPC, LinkedIn organic posts, Marketplace/partner sites

• Oversee social media strategy, building out creative new campaigns as required

• Manage and monitor the effectiveness of outbound email campaigns, ongoing automated email sequences, and client newsletters, including design, content, and implementation

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop effective investor presentations and corporate communications

• Coordinate marketing activities, milestones, and deadlines for in-house staff and external suppliers while tracking progress and results

• Collaborate with SDR & VP Sales on joint initiatives & related reporting

• Develop and present insightful reports and KPI status to the Leadership Team

• Oversee conference planning & logistics (as they reconvene)


Reporting to the Director of Marketing


Requirements:


• Strategic, creative, and enthusiastic mindset

• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing highly successful and innovative marketing campaigns

• Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, graphic design, website structure, email marketing, social media, and Google Adwords

• Knowledge and experience in the practical application of marketing automation and integration

• Strong SalesForce experience (including Pardot)

• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal. Preferably a native English speaker.

• Conference coordination and event planning experience

• Strong project management and accountability skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
