About The Position

At Surgimate, we are on a mission to change how healthcare practices coordinate the most important part of their business – surgery. 

Driven by a passionate and dedicated team, we are an enterprise SaaS company in the digital health space. We have built a market-leading product and brand position, counting some of the most reputable surgical practices in the US among our customers. We are gearing up for a major expansion nationwide, and that’s where you fit in… 

As a Growth Marketer at Surgimate… 

…you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, playing a pivotal role in both demand generation through in-person events and the strategic development of our digital event capabilities. You will also contribute to maximizing our online visibility and lead generation through effective SEM and SEO strategies. As a Growth Marketer, you will embody our commitment to revolutionizing healthcare practices and driving the growth of our innovative SaaS solution. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

In-Person Event Management: 

  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of in-person events, including conferences and sponsorships, to enhance Surgimate’s brand visibility and generate demand. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of events, from pre-planning to post-event analysis. 
  • Analyze event performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future strategies. 

Digital Event Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital event strategy, encompassing webinars, roadshows, lunch & learns, and virtual conferences. 
  • Build and manage the necessary infrastructure and platforms to host engaging online events. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create compelling digital content. 

SEO and SEM Optimization: 

  • Drive organic traffic through effective SEO strategies, optimizing Surgimate’s online presence. 
  • Plan and execute SEM campaigns to maximize visibility, lead generation, and conversion rates. 
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine and enhance SEO/SEM strategies continuously.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Campaign Optimization: :

  • Continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve performance and achieve key metrics. 
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event and digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce impactful event materials and promotional content. 

Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: 

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in event marketing, digital engagement, and healthcare technology. 
  • Bring innovative ideas to the table to ensure Surgimate remains a leader in the digital health space. 

This position is open to applicants who are legally eligible to work in the United States, from the following States: AZ, CO, FL, IL, NY, NC, PA, TN, TX



  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS 
  • Proven track record of successful event management and digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and tools. 
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • Proven experience in event marketing, digital event execution, and SEO/SEM strategies. 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and digital event platforms. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
